Website analytics
We use OpenPanel (openpanel.dev), self-hosted by us at panel.felixwebsolutions.com, to understand how felixweb.site is used. It records:
Pages viewed
Clicks on outgoing links and buttons
The referring website, browser, operating system and device type
An approximate location (country and city) derived from your IP address
We don’t record sessions or screens. This data is used only in aggregate to improve the site. It is not used for advertising and is not sold or shared with third parties.
Cookies. The analytics script does not set cookies. The site does not use advertising or advertising cookies.
Legal basis. We rely on our legitimate interests in understanding how the website is used so we can improve it. You can object at any time by emailing hello@felixweb.site, or by blocking panel.felixwebsolutions.com in your browser.
Retention. Analytics data is kept on our OpenPanel server for 13 months and then deleted.
The website is served through Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, requested page and browser) for security and reliability. Cloudflare Workers Logs, which we have switched on, store IP addresses and requested URLs for a short period (up to 7 days).

Email & newsletter
If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply and help you. Our legal basis is our legitimate interests in answering you and running our business. We keep the conversation for up to 24 months after it ends, unless we need it longer for an open issue or a legal claim.
Newsletter. If you sign up to “Get a wag when we ship”, we use Brevo (run by Sendinblue SAS, France, in the EU) to send you emails. Signing up uses double opt-in: you confirm your address by clicking a link in an email we send you.
What’s stored: your email address, the date and a record of your consent, and whether you open or click our emails if Brevo tracks that.
Why: to email you when we ship new apps or major updates.
Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Unsubscribing: every email has an unsubscribe link.
Retention: until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only your address on a suppression list, so we don’t email you again.
We use a few providers to run the site. Each only gets what it needs to do its job.
Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): hosting, content delivery and security for felixweb.site. It sees your IP address, the page you ask for and your browser details.
Our email provider: handles hello@felixweb.site and our other addresses, so it sees the emails you send us.
Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): sends our newsletter, if you sign up.
OpenPanel: self-hosted by us at panel.felixwebsolutions.com, so analytics data stays with us. The tracking script is served from felixweb.site itself, so no third-party server is contacted.
Lemon Squeezy: our reseller and merchant of record. It handles payment, tax and receipts when you buy, and is an independent controller of that data under its own privacy policy.
We don’t sell your data and we don’t share it with advertisers.

International transfers
Cloudflare and Lemon Squeezy may process data in the United States. When personal data leaves the UK, we rely on the UK–US data bridge (the UK extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) where the provider is certified, and on standard contractual clauses with the UK addendum otherwise. Brevo is based in the EU, and the UK recognises the EU as providing adequate protection.

Children & automated decisions
felixweb.site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal data. If you think a child has sent us theirs, email us and we’ll delete it.
We don’t make decisions about you using automated processing or profiling.
9
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to how it is used, and to withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email hello@felixweb.site.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or the data protection authority where you live.
We don’t sell or share your data for advertising.
