LICENCE HELP

Keys, Macs and refunds.

Licences are sold through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Here’s how the common bits work.

  • Lost your licence key?

    Haptiker

Your key is in your receipt email from Lemon Squeezy. In Haptiker, choose Enter License… from the menu bar, paste it and click Activate. Still stuck? Email hello@haptiker.app.

    HyperMonitor

Your licence key is provided through Lemon Squeezy when you check out. Can’t find it? Email hello@hypermonitor.app.

  • Moving to a new Mac

    Haptiker

One key activates up to 3 Macs. On the old Mac, open Settings › License and choose Deactivate this Mac.

    HyperMonitor

Deactivate the licence in the app first to free the slot. Personal covers 2 Macs, Founder Lifetime 3 and Team 5-pack 5.

  • Refunds

    Haptiker

FAQ

Questions people ask.

Straight from each app’s FAQ. Dots show which app an answer is about.

Can I try before I buy?

Yes. Every feature works free for 7 days in Haptiker and 14 days in HyperMonitor, with no account and no card. After that, a one-time purchase unlocks it.

Both apps

Is it a subscription?

No. Both apps are paid for once. HyperMonitor licences include 12 months of updates. Your licence never expires; future macOS compatibility isn’t guaranteed without updates.

Both apps

What are the system requirements?

Haptiker: macOS 12 or later with a Force Touch trackpad or a Magic Trackpad. HyperMonitor: macOS 14 Sonoma or later, on Apple silicon and Intel.

Both apps

Why does Haptiker need Accessibility access?

macOS requires it before an app can read trackpad touches. Haptiker uses it only to detect edge gestures. Touches are processed in memory on your Mac and are never stored or sent anywhere.

Haptiker

Will Haptiker get in the way when I scroll?

No. A gesture only starts when one finger lands on the edge and slides along it. Two-finger scrolls and normal pointing are ignored.

Haptiker

Does HyperMonitor need admin rights?

No. It runs as you and shows your own processes and sockets. Relaunch with root access when you want to see other users’ sockets too.

HyperMonitor

Does any of my data leave my Mac?

Only when you pick Claude or Codex for Ask or Explain, and only after you agree. Otherwise HyperMonitor’s own traffic is licence checks and update checks.

HyperMonitor

Do you offer student or educator discounts?

For HyperMonitor, yes: students and educators get 40% off. Email hello@hypermonitor.app and we’ll send you a code.

HyperMonitor

STILL STUCK?

Write to a real human.

Write to hello@felixweb.site for anything general, or to the address for your app, and the person who made it will reply. For 10 or more HyperMonitor Macs, ask hello@hypermonitor.app about volume pricing.
